Cage Fitness!!

 

Most unique workout anywhere!! Only 2 schools in Wi offers this class.

-No contact/No fighting

-Low impact/High intensity

-No partners

-You workout with a 25# or a 40# partner "dummy"

Try a class, it's the most innovative, fun, and intense workout anywhere.

 

 

Also, 20 minutes will be devoted to heavy bag workout!!

Boxing, Tae Kwon Do kicks, and Muay Thai techniques will be taught!!

11AM - Anyone that's 1st Dan and above testing for points and any second dan testers
